i think i was cheated by this guy,there is something that site can do like take is ip adress and check if he is registered in some other way on this forum?

I believe you missed the point of my reply,

You need to make a thread following the template in the active disputes section. This thread is not in that section,

And you will have to provide all the proof the template asks for, not simply "i have all logs if you need", You will actually have to put some elbow grease into it and take screenshots/post pictures.
