Hi,

I just want to share my experience i've had with swagvault, even though that ive been dealing with them since 2008 on and off, but lately everything seems to go wrong for them, not only with me but also other users ive seen having bad experience with them.

For me it started out with i ordered 2000 Million ISK for Eve Online some time ago, the next day i found out my account was suspended for 14 days, which it self wasnt bad, but the main reason that happened was, they told me i bought currency, fine i think i got busted, when i finally got my account again i saw to my demise that in my wallet it said reversed HACKED Isk , and i was like what the f.....

So i contact swagvault and they wouldnt bug at all , they kept saying they had done their part and delivered the currency and what not, and i kept saying they sold me f.... stolen money ingame they had stolen off another persons account, but they wouldnt refund me the money , instead they would give me a voucher for 20$ when i had lost 80+$ and 14 days of gametime which is like another 8$ so all in all i lost 90$ or so and they would only give me a voucher for 20$ , told them to stuff it and filed a claim with paypal which i ended up loosing a month later even though i provided them with all the screenshots and what not that swagvault sold me stolen goods.

So im quite happy i have a good bank, i went to my bank and filed a chargeback and signed a written statement that everything i was telling them was true and yadda yadda.

Basicly thats my review of Swagvault and after that incident i would never deal with them again, and if i find out if they have a profile here on this site im going to leave a neg feedback.

Stolen currency is actually pretty common. e.g. 3/10 gold sales (at least) involve it. Particularly for games like WOW or EVE. It's just too rampant. Phishing has become a full time job for too many people.

As a company that resells currency, it can be hard to keep a clean source at all times. So your experience is inevitable.
However, your approach as a customer is all wrong.

Instead, tell them that there's a problem with the supplier for your order, and they should never do business with that supplier again because it's putting them at risk and can damage their reputation as well as customer loyalty. Then talk about your own loyalty, how long you've been doing business with them so that they can look you up and see that you = money. Then tell them you expect some VIP service, you want them to fix the problem by re-delivering with a safe supplier.

There's a big difference with presentation. Either you are the problem, or you're a helpful customer that is telling them about a problem which THEY have with THEIR supplier.

Problems aren't treated very nicely in this industry, so don't be the problem yourself (angry customer), point the finger when appropriate (helpful customer).

By the way, if you're in the market for Isk, I know a farm. I used to work there in Nanjing. No more worries about black Isk. If interested, just PM me.
