What is the dispute about?
I saw an extremely good deal for an Epic7 account around 15 minutes after it was posted. Reached out to the seller and noticed he had a relatively new epicnpc account (<1 month) and he also had a new discord account ("new to discord" image shows up for <1 week old accounts).
He agrees to sell the account and I ask if he can use TradeGuardian (I will cover all fees) and he agrees. However after I ask he starts to ghost me and the sale never finishes. I wait a few hours and accept that this is too good to be true. He follows up again but ghosts again. If he is a scammer I would like to stop him before there are any victims.

-Avoids TradeGuardian/middleman
-"Too good to be true" account. It is an unlinked/name-change Epic7 account with 10ML 5* and all limited units for $90. A similar account with only 4 ML 5* and a couple limited units would go for ~$100-$150.
