Support Chat Room - New page

The Support chat room has been moved. Instead of appearing in the chat list, we have setup its own page.

This is mainly because members didn't like being automatically added to the chat and receiving notifications any time a new post was made.

On the "Contact Us" page at the top is a new link to the Support Chat room.

Members can access the chat here.

Once a member leaves the chat room, they will no longer received notifications.


Update: Due to lack of use, we have shut down the support chat room.

The support chat still opens for me on every page load, even when there are no messages in it.

It's cached. I'll clear our the cache shortly so it'll go away.

It doesn't seem to be caused by our cache system or browser cache. I cleared both and I'm still experience the same issue.

I've contacted our chat provider to find out how to clear the cache, but either way it'll eventually go away.

It was an internal cache from the chat system which we don't have access to clear. It was probably cached for 24 hrs and has now cleared itself.
