I bought the paladin for 30$, I received the ID scan, the SQ&A and the battle.net email and password. I changed the email and password and began to play it right away. I come home to see it banned so I go to recover it and I've yet to see an email. I try to log into Us.battle.net and it says that the account name (First+last) is not associated with any email of mine. I exit out of my browser and reload it and it says I'm still logged in and I have a GM response saying

The account was closed every time he'd log in due to the different ip (I can only assume that is what was happening, since I am the oo and none of the other accounts I've owned & sold have been recalled - even valuable ones). He also said the account username and password wasn't working, only to realize that he was using the incorrect bnet email. Now I'm left filling out paperwork and trying to open the account again. He requested a refund and I issued one right away. I will be posting a paypal screenshot once I get home.
