Submitting OO scan to unlock account.

I stopped trading a little after Ulduar came out. I played some of the accounts I had left over and eventually gave/sold to friends for next to nothing. A friend I gave an account to managed to get it locked. I have all information for the account which was merged with a Battle.net account that did not have the same name as the WoW account itself.

I have the OO Scan of both the original WoW account and of the Battle.net account.

Am I correct in assuming that I send in the ID that matches the Battle.net account to possibly get this account unlocked? Only the one of four accounts on that Battle.net account is locked. All accounts have been merged for quite some time.

Yeah, I've had to do it it before. They will ask you to send in a scan of the ID attached to an email and no questions asked usually they unlock it for you right then and there.

Sometimes however they will ask for original CD-Keys so have a few on hand.
