Subforums Categories Redesigned

This is a change to the design of how categories and subforums are displayed to better organize them. It was a little messy before and they also took up too much space.

Related categories and subforums will now display together. Other categories in the same section will appear in a new "more" section below the subforums so members can quickly navigate to the other sections in the same category.

Is it normal for the main subforum to be not shown in the "more"? (NA)

The main parent category, in this case "Genshin Impact NA Accounts", always shows in the top navigation tree.

Forum > Mobile - Iphone, Ipad, Android Gaming > Genshin Impact NA Accounts

Since the main parent is always there, we are no longer listing it a 2nd time in the other navigation area to save space.

In wow retail sections the forum subcategories do not work. they probably reference something you were going to add but never did. as the correct forums are a different number
