Mainly purple war equipment. Full level 5 valors. There is also 600 fragments which equals 6 valors in inventory if you want to do things another way!
Speaking of upgrades - there is over 125 million food and over 100 million wood in inventory - ready to be opened at your convinience. Smaller ammounts of iron and silver also.
All buildings prestigelevel is upgraded to at least lvl 20. Some up to 24.

There is alot more potential on dragon spirit even though the important ones are well upgraded.
There are also three farms. One level 20 with the 4th march unlocked. One level 15 and one level 12.
The smallest one is mainly production and food bank and doesnt have troops.
The other ones have troops and are focused on production and gathering. All buildings in the farms are upgraded to SH-level (apart from troop buildings in the lvl 20 castle - they're only on 19). Alot of research are done on these as well.
