Watch Out For Scammer

This guy is creating accounts and submitting fake reps, i've contacted him through discord and it was sketchy. He was willing to do the entire bundle with cosmetics for $35, I'm not sure if they're modded, but if you do buy this, refund as soon as you can. The only thing that stopped me from buying wasn't family and friends, but that he wouldn't sell to business accounts either, i asked for proof of him doing said method, he also dodged the question. He has a partner named Ukiyo, same thing with him, fake accounts made for positive reps. I offered to go first even without family and friends, then i said i'll go half then, just to see if it works, he wouldn't do that either. I was trying to make it 50/50, so it'd work in both favors. Scamming people for a measly $35. I also told him he can personally go on my account first, do it, screen share, then i send the money, dodged that also. Notice how out of most of the reps, he only has 3 normal orders completed.
