Store Items have been restored.

Keep in mind that many items were temporary, some lasting only 10 days, so you might not see all your items if they expired and were removed.

We will be reviewing logs to determine credit refunds for the items that lost time or expired during the downtime. Sometimes next week we will be issuing credit refunds to members.

Just curious were thread title colors always limited? Asking cause I had upgraded my thread to green color before it became limited(aka it was unlimited for mine thread) and it had been like that for a long time and now after the change it's gone? Is it intended to screw the users or just a mistake?

Nevermind got my answer from another announcement that I didn't see. I suppose this is a good way to do business. Sell something as unlimited and then change your mind down the road. Can't wait for the next time that the 365 changes to 1 month so those people also get screwed.
Don't really care that it got changed but it's the principle that annoys. The least you could've done for people who have bought it when it was unlimited was to keep it that way for them or maybe they don't deserve it since for years they have been bringing business to this forum.

Heya! Pretty much all of my topics now have an "invalid" image icon instead of the banner image I had (which still exists on the imgur link). I understand not everything works properly just yet, and I know you guys are working on it, but just wanted to ask if this is something that will get fixed by you guys, or if there's something I can do to correct it on my end.

I also can't edit those topics anymore, as some of them are from 2 years ago or so, and I can't find the option to buy the Edit Post/Thread Feature anymore with Credits. Was this removed? Because I think it used to exist somewhere (I might be wrong).

Epic Members have a 6 month edit limit on posts, same as the old site. If a post is older than 6 months you won't be able to edit it anymore unless you upgrade your account.

Images are on the list, but not this week. I recommend uploading the images to your post to fix the problem faster.

Hey, thanks so much for taking the time to reply despite the work volume you must be going through!

I would upload the images, if I could edit the posts, but I can't, since the 6 months are long gone.

As for the account upgrade, I'm definitely getting that, but could you please tell me which Rank offers the edit feature as well? Since it's not mentioned in the upgrade page from what I checked. Thank you!

Verified is unlimited. There's also an item in our store that gives unlimited time which is cheaper, but the store is temporarily closed.

My thread color enchancement expires 4th Dec but aren't showing on the forum... why?

Go to Shop > Inventory and make sure your item is activated.

Shop > Inventory. Click settings and you can reativate.

Hello , so my : Profile Highlight Green / Green Thread Title / Thread Title Bold --- all 3 of them not working anymore after the migration , i look in the inventory but i can`t see anywhere the settings , can you pls help me out to reactivate them , thank you

In your inventory on the right side there is a "settings" link. click that to get activation settings.

I logged into your account to confirm the setting link is there.
