Considering that scammers have found the weak point of PayPal services, i advise you all to stop using their services for your next transactions.
I've just spent half an hour with them just to be noticed that they had canceled a trasaction because of a suspicion of fraud without even contacting the owner of the paypal account.

I've lost bils and a some $$$ in this operation.

agree only who u know is safe deal with them on paypal still new ppl Wu or MB only
 
I usually take precaution when dealing with paypal due to the amount of scams that have been going on around, lately.

PayPal isn't really safe to be honest. Use it only if you are VERY sure he is trusted. If not, use Western Union or something else.

I've gotten chargebacks a few times, but managed to pull it through to win.
