It's taking longer than expected to calculate the refund amounts for members who lost time for the sticky thread purchases. We are about half way there, but since this is a holiday week in the US, we will not be issuing these refunds this week.
Refunds will be issued next week on the 27th or 28th.
We compiled a list of all members purchases and if your total amount was less than $20, you were removed from the list. (less than $20 mean either $5, $10 or $15) At these levels the refunds would be very small so to save time we removed them. If you had multiple purchases, like two $10 stickies, then you were not removed.
Refunds will be sent via Paypal to the Paypal email you used. If you no longer have access to that Paypal account you will lose your refund. We will not resend or change the Paypal email. In cases of bitcoin being used, refunds will be sent via bitcoin but can be delayed another 1-2 days.
Refunds were calculated based on the 7 day downtime.
If your sticky was $20/month, that is $0.66 per day. 7 days down would result in a $4.66 refund. We also calculated refunds based on 3 and 6 months purchase plans.
