We will be compensating all advertisers 5 days for the recent downtime. However due to how the system is setup, it's not possible to add 5 days to all sticky threads.
Anyone with a non-recurring payment plan has had 5 days added to their expiration date.
Anyone with a banner ad has also had 5 days added to their expiration date.
Those members with recurring payments will have a few options to choose from to receive compensation. All members with recurring payments will receive an PM from me shortly.
If you have some other issue and are looking to receive compensation for a purchase that was affected by the downtime, please PM.
