What is the dispute about? account, money, service?
Seller agreed to provide service for EU server WoT account during WoT FV4202(P) Marathon special event, perform missions to have special premium vehicle in garage by the end of event. During the marathon missions, I tried to contact the seller when daily missions were incomplete, seller failed to reply in time and Marathon missions cannot be completed, resulted in premium vehicle not available to obtain during mission time frame.
After the Marathon Missions event ended, I tried to contact seller and ask about the details why the missions were not completed, seller argued that was not the original agreement and refuse to refund for incomplete mission.
A week or so later, I asked the seller to remedy the problem, seller still refused to refund and threaten to report my WoT account to WarGaming to get my account banned.
No refund was ever issues, incomplete service was provided.
