The horizon unlocks and level 38 doesn't it

 

Mine is 38 now will be 39 in a few days, got Augur, Intrepid, brel, D4, all 3 faction miners 2 horizons maxed and Franklin-A it definitely takes alot of time invested, luckily I'm part of the top alliance on my server atm

 

but it gonna be hard to give it up. The game is fun but expensive

 

people don't understand how much money and time it takes to get to higher levels and have good ships. My other account is 37
