My Origin account includes: Battlefield 3, Mass Effect 3, Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 1.
My Steam account includes (from what I can remember): Empire, Napoleon Total War, Batman Arkham City.

Actually, my Steam has A LOT more games on it, including strategy and otherwise. But I can screen share on Skype and show you all of it.

What I look for in a League account:

Level 30
A champion pool (debateable)
Skins not neccesary but a bonus.
5+ Rune Pages
Atleast the basic runes (Armor seals, AD runes, AP runes, movement speed quints, some ARP)
