steam gifts dissappear?

Hey

3 days ago I sold 2 accounts for 2x csgo gifts, both gifts was in my inventory for 2 days,

Today both gifts disappeared, I never received email on my steam email or anything like that that says why they disappeared from my inventory.

Could it be that the buyer who sent me the csgo gifts chargeback against steam or anyone knows how that can happen?

I am the only contact on his skype and I don't know his epicnpc so I assume he knew what he was doing and its ok to lock the accounts I sold him if he doesn't reply to my messages??

Sounds like a chargeback i would lock/recover the accounts if you can

You can receive email from steam only if you added that game in Steam library

Where is my gift, and why was it removed?
When a gift is refunded due to fraud or a payment dispute, the gift is removed from Steam. The account which redeemed the gift receives a notification that the game is no longer available to play in his or her Steam library.
