Assuming you mean Max Payne 3 Complete (the more expensive version), at current market value on the steam store, these games come out to be $58.72USD.
Now, if you are talking about the regular version of Max Payne 3 which is currently $19.99(that is full price not on sale), the total for the three games comes to $43.72USD.
