Banned - Fraud Detected

I have a steam account created 5 years ago,but now I don't got time to use it..
Steam account valued at 688$+dlcs (on steamdb.info,see link below),but I only ask for 200$ (negotiable).
Got never banned.
After payment I change email where you want,send you any details needed + promise never ask back account.
Payment accepted: paypal/trade guardian/middle man as you want.
If you pay with paypal you go first,unless you are trusted.
