Hi,

I am looking to fill up my steam account with various games.
So, I was wondering what was the best option.

If I buy a steam account from some random person, can I transfert all the games on my account ?
If not, what's the best way to go ?

If you buy the account, you cannot trasnfer the game. The best option is to buy it off of someone as a gift. Hope that helps
