Steam account locks (QUESTION)

This isn't a post directly regarding buying, selling or trading steam accounts. Can steam account locks be carried over to other steam accounts that have been previously logged to your computer and vice-versa?

e.g.
I have an account that was created and used by me for a while(bought and played a few games, etc.), but one day - I decided to log out of my account and log back in with a PURCHASED steam account
I purchased a few games on it, played on it for a while, and suddenly for an undisclosed reason, the account has been locked by steam for violating the SSA.

Would it be possible for this purchased account's lock to spread over to my personal account just because both of them were logged on the same computer previously?
I looked everywhere for an answer based on this scenario/ on a similar scenario but i couldn't find anything, perhaps you guys could give me a hand?

From the description above you mention I think it will not affect your other accounts. But the lock on the purchased account is most probably by the owner (maybe seller). When you change mail/ password, steam send you alert regarding the changes with an option to lock account so the account suffer minimum damage. Check the image footer note about self locking account. Accounts can also be suspended/ locked by steam support if they find the account in question to be violating the SSA. I do not own a purchased account, the e.g. was just an example/ a hypothetical scenario created by me. The only difference is that these locks/suspensions are permament.

I just wanted to know if a steam account suspension/lock made by STEAM SUPPORT for violating the SSA will spread to other accounts that have been previously logged to the same computer.
