HQ level 30 with 72 million battle power and multiple march and HQ skins earned. This includes 465,000 tier X troops (top level). you also get 20,000 unused biocaps (special currency) to use as you feel fit and backpack is full of stamina refills and many other buff/resources and re-locators.
This account is a R4 in the #1 Alliance in the state where they own a majority of facilities and bunkers and soon will take the capital. This group is very fun and involved and the leader is extremely fair with all of the rewards earned from alliance competitions.
All heroes are level 70 or higher and are all ranked colonel or higher (with all skills either level 4 or 5 skills).
Chief gear is all Rare or Rare+ with all bronze and silver badges!
