Unprofessional, after saying i should pm him instead of writing in his thread, he didnt respond at all (i waited 1 Day and still no response)

I pmed him less than 2 minutes after he told me to, but still, after so much time no response. (But after i gave him a bad rating -reasonable- he immediately gave me a bad rating for no good reason, just because hes angry)

Still no response from him for my pms.

Really bad attitude and childish behaviour.
