Looking to buy either a starter account or a mid-endgame account with:

- Dark Druid (Pater)
- Dark Dragon Knight (Ragdoll)
- Meta RTA units
- Good runes
- Good Transmog

My budget for an endgame account with what I want is around $1,000. Obviously I’m not going to pay that for a starter, so please be reasonable.
