Starcraft 2 account completely blank not one match played or not one custom played

I bought it for a friend and activated the key but of course he backed out on me and he doesnt want it anymore. It is linked to a bnet but it has not one game played or anything, the bnet was made today..

Looking for like 25 possibly... great deal... Pretty much a brand new account/
