Paypal does NOT take minutes to transfer, so if you claim you sent it and "it never showed up" your obviously trying to pull something. As Paypal's headline says.. "Send Money Instantly & Securely with PayPal - PayPal" Instantly doesn't mean wait 40 minutes. It's so funny how people say "Paypal was wierd" because 99.9% of the time someone says that it's a lie. Paypal isn't some little site thats sometimes up and sometimes isn't. So quit playing games, you never sent the money.

Also your AKA seems to have a scammer reputation also. Even if he was trying to scam you, doubt anyone would feel bad for you.
