Our Lifetime Warranty has been discontinued. If you purchased an account during the time that we were offering the Lifetime Warranty, your warranty is still valid.
From this point on (9/2/2012), we only cover our accounts for 30 days. Why only 30 days you may ask? We sat down with Wells Fargo Merchant Services Risk Department and stated that if we did not remove our Lifetime Warranty that they would drop us. They figured that there was too much risk with chargebacks in the event that we did not honor our warranty or something to that effect. To be quite honest, I still do not understand it.
As per the norm, we do not cover the account if you resell it or trade it. Getting the account banned due to your own negligence will also not be covered.
