So about a month ago I traded sportydude021 my spriest Everything was going fine until about an hour later i cant log in on the shaman he traded me, he tells me that i recalled my spriest and that i scammed him, i posted on his rep thread and he told me i recalled my account first. i then had this chat with him today. and found out im not the only 1 who this is happening to. He offered to trade me a t6 BE hunter, and the Dreani shaman He has already traded the hunter and is going to recall it to trade again.

After delivering such key and critical information in this reply I must say that this is most certainly not a scammer... At.... All.....

Oh wait this is a serious scam thread right? I thought we were all playing make pretend with mrbandit0 and pretending that he is not a scammer...

On a serious note... I think this kid wants to be banned whether he scammed or not... He either has to be like 12 years old or younger or he doesn't really care to conduct himself in such an inexcusable manner...

At least provide proof if your going to go around acting like the kid in the play ground who picks on the big tough guys and runs away screaming "Nah nah nah nuah!"....

I found out a good deal about this individual when they contacted me to purchase a Warglaive Rouge from our website.
He attempted to use his mother's credit card without her permission to purchase an account for $1,075 USD. I smelled the scam very early on, and searched google/MD for his screen name and found many complaints from people claiming he scammed them. I led him on in an attempt to get as much information as possible.

I was able to collect his name, address, cell phone number, as well as his family's home phone number, and mother's name, ISP, IP address, several email address, and more.

I was willing to speak with his parents about it, and avoid having to involve law enforcement, however he has so far made that not possible. He hangs up on me immediately when I call his family's home to inform his mother that her identity and credit card are being used without her permission, leaves the phone off the hook, or hooks up the fax machine to the phone line. As much as I would like to let his parents handle the situation he's little games make that impossible.

As a parent myself, I would want to know if my children where committing fraud and stealing from others online. Especially if they where potentially costing me thousands of dollars in unauthorized credit card fees.

With that said the only option left is to report the attempted fraud report to the FBI and his local law enforcement, and let them handle it.

If you have been victim to this kid's crimes and have any evidence, chat logs, screenshots, or any other additional information that would be beneficial to the police investigation please contact me.

I have and will be more than happy to provide logs of our 3 hour long conversation from last night, him attempting payments with a stolen credit card, emails from Google Checkout about the attempted fraudulent payment(which they denied the payment due to), screenshots, IP connection logs, logs from our website's checkout system, copies of his's mother's Driver's License that he sent me while claiming to be a 45+ year old woman, yet it was openly apparent that he was very young.

The only way I will not be required to report these actions to the authorities is if he posts on this thread, and is willing to return the scammed accounts, as well as allowing me to contact his mother and let her know the situation.

He seems to be under the illusion that stealing WoW account from honest sellers or traders is somehow a good thing, and also that it's not illegal. He does not seem to realize that every state now has a department to handle internet fraud, and they take Virtual theft just as serious as someone stealing a tangible item, such as a car. The penalties for committing wire fraud are very severe, and I have more than enough evidence to convince his local police to investigate the issue fully.

He doesn't seem to understand that something being against Blizzard's Terms of Service does not make it in any way illegal, and does not justify him for being a thief.
