Split multiple character account into seprated ones - is it safe?

I need an advice

.

Let's say I have an account with three 80 lvl characters, I want to buy 2 sets of cd-keys and transfer two characters to separated accounts. Each account is registered using the same name/address etc.

Now each account goes to different person, can Blizzard find out that the same person is logging from let's say London, Paris and Berlin at the same time?

Is Blizzard going to track the accounts and ban each one of them?

If Blizzard doesn't track such cases it would increase safety of these accounts making the new owner of account the original one.

It would make it 100% secure and guarantee that the new owner won't lose the character.

What do you think about it?

Its safe coming from blizz side, you might get some bullshit if anything happen to the original account trough.

Yes, you should always have a different e-mail for each account.
