Describe the problem:
Paypal Refund for a service. I was the seller,
I made a sale of an in game service, dungeon boost m+ 17's, he @spicymoon51 paid 13 and got 4 bonuses;
If I remember correctly 13 were made in 1 day and 4 the following week
Everything done accordingly, he took my contact and added it on discord, before payment I made sure and confirmed who he was here on Epicnpc by chat and put in the Note of the paypal charge some information that could help me identify the person
and today he between day 31 he made a refund, accusing that bought a world of warcraft account with me and was not delivered the same
