I don't believe you because your story makes no sense.
1) This "hacker" has had access to your account since the 17th at least. Why only AFTER I told you I was going to ban your account did he start PMing me and emailing saying "haha, look I hacked this guys account."
That makes no sense. Why is he bragging now all of a sudden. Imo i think your sending these PMs and emails to try to convince me your account was hacked.
2) bombbomb left you positive feedback on the 17th. This is one of the scammer accounts listed above. If you were "hacked" why didn't you report this feedback? So your saying the hacker logged into your account, made a fake deal with himself, then left you feedback? How in the world did you not know then your account was hacked?
3) I checked out one of the other accounts, Alvino24, that the "hacker" said he got the password to. But no one has logged into it since MD moved to MMOBay. So thats another lie.

Banned - multiple accounts - scammer
1. That feedback wasn't false I convinced Spartan to give me the Paladin with ZG which was given for free cause i had nothing and left the feedback
2. I didn't have access to his Account for 6 days, I recently Compromised it As of Last night
3. The password given to the Paladin Matched his MMObay account, so i took advantage without him knowing

Ok, i'm reopeing this to get the communities opinion on this matter.
Facts:
- spartanMD is not the scammer MyOmegä
- spartanMD did make a trade/sale with bombbomb knowning he was MyOmegä and left positive feedback
- spartanMD was planning on offering WoW service (PL) for MyOmegä before MyOmegä backstabbed him. (this was admitted in a PM by spartanMD to me)
- nothing was actually scammed when MyOmegä took control of spartanMD's account
- spartanMD is a long time member with 100% positive feedback

Mike, ive known Spartan for a long time and I think he should be given another chance. Spartan has never had any disputes prior to this and thus he deserves a second chance. That being said, I think that he should be closely watched by a member of the staff.
He was a friend the last time I had checked, he had never done anything wrong to me, and he needed some money while he was unemployed (as he said). So he came up with the idea of doing WoW services. He claimed he would help me with the organization of information while I did the actual service. I was going to let him have some profit until he got a job, but as soon as I gave him the paypal login, he used that same password to steal my emails, my personal paypal, and my MD account. I was asleep when it took place, and woke up to see it all gone. Right now I have lost $300 and got $172 back, the rest is still pending.

I've delt with spartan many times in the past, This guy is very loyal to his word and makes everything on par with everyone. I believe spartan should have a second chance, the guy is 100% clean, no problems in the past and current day, i've delt with him multiple times and never a problem AT ALL.
Give him the second chance in my opinion!

Spartan is probably one of the most reliable traders and person on this site. No offense to anyone else. He has never not kept a promise. He is always there when you need him. 100% Loyal and Compassionate to others. I never heard of any compliants from anyone who has ever traded with the fellow. I myself has never had any problems with him in the past, present, or nor I expect any to happen in the future.
My two cents. I've dealt with Spartan a couple times. He's been around for a year and hasn't caused any problems up until now. Benefit of the doubt? Up to the moderators. Does his track record speak positively for him? Yes it does. I've never had a problem with him. If he is, in fact, in cahoots with a known scammer then sadly, what must be done, must be done. I give him a bit more credit than that though.

I'm aware of that however you using the same password for all those things is a bit suspicious. TWO paypal accounts, mmobay, and your emails sharing one password? That's just being careless, unsafe, and stupid.

How is my carelessness in account security relevant here? You're missing the real subject here. Yes, it is stupid for me to have the same passwords on all my stuff, but there is nothing wrong for doing it...just risky...but we all learn from our mistakes. Myomega was a great friend of mine, or so I thought, before this happened. He had the decency to come here because he realized he really screwed up. Want the aim logs of me making him feel like trash? I'll share them.

Because what if it happens again? What if the second time something is scammed? I'm not calling you a scammer but I'm saying your carelessness should be considered problematic. Your account, your responsiblity.
Plus there is too many coincidences for me to believe.
I have been a member of MD/MMObay since 2006. In addition to have watched MD grow and fall, I have seen this website progress as well. One of the greatest aspects of MD was the sense of community it gave off through its members. It is members of this website like Spartan that help establish that sense of community. Not only is he helpful, friendly, and generous, but he has never cheated someone out of anything on these forums before, and I couldn't imagine him doing so in the future. I have read the specifics of this situation, and I can say with full sincerity that Spartan should most definitely be given another chance. Take a look at all of the people stepping up to say the same things about Spartan that I am; he is a valued member of this community. Nothing was scammed, no one took any serious losses due to Spartan directly, and a year and a half user with flawless reputation such as he should not be banned.
Because I have learned from my mistakes. Paypal sent me a free "authenticator" like WoW's, my email has a new sq/a and password, my MD account has a new email/password (different than my paypal's and email's) and I will continue to keep it this way.
About the coincidences, I don't feel like wasting my breath trying to change your mind, when clearly it can't be. I am an extremely nice guy and have never done harm to anyone, nor do I ever wish to, so all I can say is that I have presented proof on my end, and can still post more. Believe me or not, that is your choice, but please respect that I have never done anything bad on markee or mmobay.

I'm stating the following as a member of this community and not as a mod, I've dealt deity Spartan before and have always found him to be honest and heartfelt. He knows if he has problems he can come to me and he has before but never have I heard him talked bad about by another member, as far as I'm concerned he's a valuable asset to the community and I'm willing to give him a second chance. Ill even personally keep an eye on him.

this story is the same as the rest of them when i ran SWAT and admin'd "over there". plead and beg with a sob story, then come back 10times making new vulgar usernames and start thread wars. ban,ban,ban. those kind of members bring nothing to a forum-based community.

I'm pleading because this is one of the only communities I find fun in (on the internet). Anytime I have time to get on the internet, this is always where I'm at. I have spent years keeping great reputation and making plenty of friends, and I don't want to lose that. Just read some of the other posts, I'm the last guy that would do something wrong. This thread is no longer about whether I am myomega, because clearly, that was already settled. This is now about whether I left rep for bombomb knowing he was a scammer. I have tried to prove that I did not know he was making multiple accounts and scamming, but Mike does not believe it, so he is asking the community. So please, if you want to give input, keep it regarding that.
