He/she got me to put it through as a donation, by providing me a link to his/her paypal account (yes I'm a noob ****)! 3 hours later I don't have account info yet and he/she is giving me all sorts of bull**** lies.
Paypal are now escalating an investigation into his/her account and my bank 's credit card dept. have said they will be taking over the investigation for fraud, as soon as the payment clears. **** I hate scammers!

your practice of scamming by "donation" is going to backfire. because it is a donation, it is proof that I have not actually bought something. i am getting put through to credit card fraud resolution right now

but if you want to get tech
they can scan your ip address
came from your ip so its not fraud

the fraud is you doing this as a donation and then not supplying. I have jsut spoken to my bank and they are taking over the investigation from paypal. as soon as the payment has cleared to you, I call credit card solutions dept. and they take it from there. they have to be sure first that you have actually got the money, so they can proceed

the dispute will not be with paypal. the dispute is with you. ANZ bank is taking this over from paypal - this will have nothing to do with paypal now and everything to do with internet fraud
