There has been a minor issue over the last few weeks with the Chat addon where for an unknown reason it causes high memory usage spikes. These spikes end up making the forums inaccessible for about 2-5 mins, before it clears up and goes back to normal.
While investigating this, there was an server database error which caused the forums to be down for the last hour. Sorry about that.
