Something wrong with credits

today i bought 455 credits for an user, but he still not has the credits.

How can I fix it?

Yes, I see from the time of purchase to when the credits were added was about 2 hrs. I don't see anything from our end that would have caused this delay. It could have been something from Paypals end, maybe maintenance or on update on their site or something else, but the credits were successfully delivered after 2 hrs.
