****Note: I bought this account 1 year ago and it has a Mihoyo bind to log-in. It is also linked to an email from long ago but I don’t have it.

You CAN change the password to anything you like. It just has to be done on the mobile honkai impact 3 app and not on the Mihoyo website.

That's a pretty tough sell, but getting CS to change the email wouldn't be too difficult with enough conversation. You can swap to a dummy then change it. There also should be a way to unlink in game. I believe it was added some time ago.
