Please note you are paying for the CHARACTER. I will be transferring it to YOUR account.
All I need is the account name. This method is the safest way for both of us. That way I cannot recall it, and you have it on your own account, with YOUR name on it.

I will do the transfer to your account. Included is only the character. I will pay the transfer fee.
This way you wont have to login to my account. You simply make an EVE account, tell me the username, and I simply transfer the char to that account.
CCP won't be able to tell if it is sold "illegally." Lots of people quitting the game simply give their accounts away, and the new owners transfer the chars.
This is basically that, but you are paying me for my old character.

Basically anything PvP, the character can do it.
Can fly and is well skilled in T3 ships. Caldari/Minmatar.
Purely a sub-cap pilot. No skills in Industry.
Character will come with assets scattered all over the place from 0.0 sov and non-sov, as well as high sec.
Easily 20b worth of assets.
Positive security standing, and wallet.
