Got #1 multiple times already but didn't get Admiral of the Navy (don't want to ruin your challenge here)
For PvE there are multiple options as well.
Retroed Z23 and Ayanami fully, got dozens of Blueprints to Retro multiple ships if you want to.
Equipment is almost everything Best in Slot for a whole PvP Fleet, lots of stuff +10 or almost +10.
Dorm has multiple fully themed layouts and 4 slots.
Dock Upgrade is in place as you can see in screenshots.
Vowed Helena/Hood/Akagi/Kaga/Enterprise, soon enough Gems for another Ring or you can spend it to change name.
