Date the problem began: 17.05.2023 (Just an hour or two AFTER the transaction was completed)

The website I used to do the transaction was EpicNPC along with a MM from this website.

What is the dispute about?

The dispute is about an Epic7 account that was scammed and then sold to another person (in this case, me) who had no clue that it was scammed.
The original owner of the Epic7 account is https://www.epicnpc.com/members/tedrampersad.595450/ and he contacted me on EpicNPC after the transaction was done.
He ended up getting scammed by the same person through a Facebook group and also provided proof to me through screenshots.
The payment was done through PayPal Family & Friends so I highly doubt there's any possibility for a chargeback.

Account Recalls

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)

No the scammer did not mention anything of the sort, however I am talking to the REAL owner as of right now who is trying to get in contact with Stove to recover the account.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)

Not much information other than an agreement about the price was made as I never really thought of him as an owner of any account
but rather a seller of multiple accounts from real owners that wanted to sell their account.

How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.


The account has not been recalled by the scammer, but is in the process of being recalled by the real owner of the account that I am talking with right now
