I checked the thread. Only the latest posts are accusing him for scamming.
I'll remove the scam accusations, close his thread and PM him the situation.

I removed his upgrades and added a warning to his account.
He posted his Skype was hacked on April 9th, yet he has not edited any of this threads to remove his Skype username.
