So I got scammed about a year and a half ago..

A guy sold me an account and he reclaimed it. And I let it go.

But then I saw his screenname in mmorpg.com and after digging a bit I've come to the conclusion that it is him.

Found his steam, xfire, facebook account and holy frak I'm becoming a stalker.

Anyway, I made a ticket on steam since the exchange was his account for steam gifts but that was like a long time ago.

I'm outside of the U.S. btw so I can't file a complaint or give him a call, etc.

Anyone have any ideas what I can do to get him to either give me the cash or the account back or is this the White Whale giving Ahab the finger?

If you have some of his info post it here, just no private info like real name, phone, address or FB account. emails, Xfire account and other username are fine to post. You also need to make sure it's the same person from mmorpg.com before posting all this info. Contact him first and go from there.

His mmorpg handle was the same as his old steam handle (the one that scammed me). His mmorpg.com, steam and xfire account points to the same person.

From the evidence, I can safely say it's the same person.

Tried contacting him on mmorpg.com, asking for the account back but he didn't reply (I was sure he read the message because his "last online" time changed). He did block me from steam before so I wasn't expecting a reply. I also messaged him on facebook but no reply yet. I found his brother on there too maybe he can talk to him for me? Not sure if that's a good idea though.

Well I somehow managed to sneak my way back into the account. Useless though, he deleted my characters and it seems like he sold it off to another person. Damn.
