There will be a guild, it will not be named Guild MD though

I'll be transferring my 70 and my girlfriend's 70 in about a week or two over to Smolder to help with runs and such for those who want to RAF.

You can turn exp off but you wouldn't be able to do VHS

yea .. but leveling is horrible anyway , just one of those things you have to do.
