The account has nearly every cosmetic item in the game (over $2000 spent) with a lot of extra divine/awesome chests ready to open (there's way too many skins to screenshot so feel free to ask if you're looking for a specific item). The account also has a masters joust season 5 loading frame, spring fling avatar, the gifting title which requires gifting 200 items, and will be getting the season 6 frame as well since it was joust masters in season 6 split 1. As the title says, the account has 747 skins (every non-limited skin in the game up to ~June), the limited Poolseidon skin, tier 5 Ullr, Bellona and Ares. The account also comes with the god pack and ~3600 extra gems.
