Hey everyone 
new to the site. I am interested in moving on from SL as I no longer have time to grow the account. This is a very nice account and I'm sure is going to make someone very happy. I'm looking for someone that will actually take care of it. I started a year ago and learned very quickly because I wanted to DJ, and love to in RL as well. As time passed I acquired some very nice things and designed my own club lounge like no other from scratch. The club group is young but there is a fish hunt on the land to grow traffic for the group. The place features: Left side room- 2 high quality playable pool table - right side room- 2 marble hot tubs with poses. Center dance floor features a clear triangle ocean floor (only one in SL) then stage with tip jar system, facebook like system and account.. everything. LOW PRIM. (637 out of 1875) I had over 20 people on the land the other day and my lag meter didn't even budge
Aside from that my avi has very cool and expensive outfits. He is also a bloodlines player close to becoming a royal of the biggest clan which can be used to your advantage as a club owner (big outreach) + It is a haunt location, the more people on the land, the higher up it will be featured on the bloodlines website. Ad Billboards- I have a very well designed system in place. Also a domain name to easily market the place online/flyers.
6 different mustangs, Lamborghini, helicopter, 2 planes I think, Lots of design stuff Ect..
