Skrill or Moneybroker. Safe?

I was looking to buy a WoW account and a person saw my post here. He messaged me on Skype telling me about his level 60 twink with atiesh. He does not have an account here. Also he wants me to pay through Skrill for the account. Is Skrill safe? He linked me to the account on Battle.net.

Something you should be aware about when using Skrill is that if you get scammed, there are no chanse for you to recall your lost money the same way as with PayPal. However if there is an possibility to recall money with Skrill then the percent are incredibly low. I would always reccomend using PayPal only. If you're the seller then Western Union/ Skrill is the best but not when buying.

Ok thanks, I told him I wouldn't deal without a mod trade. So that settles that.
