What is the dispute about?
Paid Sirganil (ganil#6971) for a Genshin Impact account 3 days ago. Initially he said payment was put on hold so I sent him a screenshot of the PayPal receipt.
He said he'll give the account credentials but won't unlink the email until 24 hours later once he's able to withdraw the payment.
The account was legit so I didn't think much of it until 24 hours later he changed the account's password and started ignoring my messages.
I gave him 2 days to respond but hasn't heard anything from him yet.
