He offered a LoL account for money, we agreed on 45 € i payed first and after that i got some log in information, which were incorrect then he came up with an excuse and wanted to refund me the money but the he didnt respond anymore

I checked it's true, I did not refund him, I refunded other guy, cause now I got negative money. I need to either put money in paypal to cover negative or pay that guy, but he is going to get money since I said paypal to refund him, I wont used or steal his money.

Moreover i contacted my credit card company about this... therefore i aint paying **** not even the fees...

I got your IP from skype and the staff member from paypal told me in case of a lawsuite they can track you down (they recorded all IPs you logged in from) and due to your withdraws to your bank account... they have your Name as well as a place where they can ask for your further data ... you can now go and cancel your account at your bank but keep in mind they have to keep their records for 7 years.

This might seems a bit over the top... however most people wont do anything about scams cause it costs a lot of money and the amount in question is just too small... well i m different in this case hireing a lawyer wont cost me anything as i got an insurance for this kind of stuff ... i dont write this to scare you as i dont give a **** ... it is just a heads up for you, inorder to know what will happen in the next few months.

DONT scam me and the try to convience me that you are not trying to scam me .... to play dumb games with me... you messed with the wrong one

for me this is CLOSED you can mark him as a SCAMMER
as stated above he has the possibilty to refund me at any time

THE only way to prove us wrong is to post screenshots of his last transactions as well as a screenshot of his account balance
