Most of the elite Legendary and Epic champs are fully booked with full masteries, and account has 20 legendary books in storage.

Arena gold IV easy, I’ve made it into plat but lack the dedication to maintain plat throughout the week. With more focused gearing, the account has the champs needed to make and hold plat with no issues.
