They've completed 2 months of our order so far, and we're quite happy with the progress. I've actually requested daily updates and every day I've been excited to see the progress reports right before I go to sleep. If you're still on the fence, try them out!

 

Just ordered 6.5 bil from them, happy with their speed and communication!

To provide more info for others, I initially ordered 300k hystria trash loot, but if you don't have a block class they may struggle keeping you alive even with 310+ dp tet kutum. For example, ranger awakening would be more preferred to succession.
Also, 2x han hooms and 2x jin cobe were broken, so consider extracting important crystals if you are using pilots.

Edit: they will offer to compensate for crystals broken during piloting and told me early that 1x precision was broken, but I only realised 2x hoom and 2x jin cobe were also broken after logging in and they offered to compensate after i told them this.
