OK well, I had someone contact me via skype and it kinda seemed like a scam ... He kept wanting me to buy cards and faction change etc ... Anyway, is this normal? Or a sign of a scam?
That is just his nickname so I wont give out his actual skype name atm.

From my experience, any one that messages you interested in your account then asks you for armory immediately is usually a scammer.

And asking you to buy A visa gift card too is a flag right there.

Ah, yes thank you for your response! I was thinking the same thing, but not 100% sure since I just started trying to sell my stuff off! I appreciate you sharing your opinion! I will keep these things in mind!

Harber make sure whoever contacts you regarding your account/s posts on a thread u have here or sends you a pm so then you know who they are etc

Risky maybe but I used to ask for greendot prepaids before I got my paypal debit card so depending on who the buyer was it may have been legit.

Honestly, only children with no other forms of payments that have access to paypal request faction changes, added subs, etc. They dont have a cc and blizzard doesnt take paypal last time I checked.

I had this exact convo almost verbatim on some parts tonight myself by a 26 yr old man supposedly. A kid needs gametime, function changes, name changes because they just have no means to pay for it.

Once their paypal goes limited its like watching crackheads fight over french fries.....

This guy tried a similar scam with me but I went deeper into convo with him and found out that he expected me to provide him with the visa gift card before paying for the account.
