civil or not the case is no good any buying or selling or trading of wow accounts is STRICTLY agianst wow tos and it is thrown out imed. trust me i know. accept your losses and move on. it sucks trust me i know

lol you want to bring this to court? how emberresing. lol you would waste peoples time and they would go to court for you and find out its about a fictional character in a video game, i would be so pissed.

I know some would say tis a waste of time, but its the fact of the matter. These people are presenting themselves as a legitimate business of which they are not. Yeah MAYBE its not worth the trouble for me, but it will hopefully prevent them from taking advantage of others in the future.

only way your going to get anything in court is say you sold them an account and they recalled the money you could but a civil charge on that because its still money regardless if its agaist the games regulations

you can sue anyone in civil court. Its just about limitless. he doesnt have to sue them for just scamming. There are a number of things you can get sued for. Fraud, mental distress, pain and suffering, etc.
